Hi admin. Good morning. About 15 seconds lang ata ang walk time or green signal tapos nag re red na. Thanks. Hope youll solve this problem as soon as possible. God bless.

Hi iLovePhilippines, thank you for using the e-Watch Portal and sending your concern. Regarding the traffic signal timing allocation for the crossing pedestrians at the junction of Colon/Boromeo/Leon Kilat Streets, please be informed that as per traffic signal plan implemented at the said intersection, the time allocated for the traffic signal phase that pedestrians can cross at Colon Street, to/from McDonalds and Gaisano South is 49 seconds, which is currently operating. However, there is a part on the signal controller that is defective when it was re-installed after the huge fire that gutted at Gaisano South several years ago. Adjustments on the pedestrian signal lights will affect all other signal lights in the said intersection. Hence, we opted to have the existing traffic signal timing operating thereat. Nevertheless, pedestrians can still cross in the area because of its adequate time allocated, although the light is red. Traffic personnel assigned in the junction will assist the pedestrians thereat especially during peak hours. Furthermore, the City Health Department is working on the sanitation concern. Just keep posted for updates and other developments.
